Gluten Free Tempura Battered Fish

Cooking instructions: BAKING: Preheat oven to 210°C. For best results bake from frozen. Place battered fish on an oven tray and spray lightly with oil and bake for 6-7 minutes each side. FRYING: 3-4 minutes at 180°C from frozen.

Storage instructions: Keep frozen. Store below minus 18C. Once thawed, do not refreeze.

Ingredients: Gluten free batter (56%) [batter, gluten free flour (corn flour, rice flour, potato starch, modified maize starch (1442)], raising agent (450, 500), salt, stabiliser (415), colour (160b)], fish (40%), animal fat.
WARNING: The greatest of care has been taken to remove all bones, however the nature of whole fish fillets means some may remain.
