Storage instructions: Keep frozen. Store below minus 18C. Once thawed, do not refreeze.

Shelf Life: 12 Months from date of manufacture.

Special Dietary Needs Suitable For: Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free, Soy Free, Nut Free.

Cooking instructions:  FRYING: Fry at 180C for 5-6 minutes. BAKING: Preheat oven to 180°C fanbake. Place fish on a lined oven tray. Bake for 7 minutes, turn and bake for a further 7-8 minutes or until heated through.  

Ingredients: Gluten free batter (56%) [batter, gluten free flour (corn flour, rice flour, potato starch, modified maize starch (1442)], raising agent (450, 500), salt, stabiliser (415), colour (160b)], fish (40%), Animal Fat.
WARNING: The greatest of care has been taken to remove all bones, however the nature of whole fish fillets means some may remain.
